Information collected
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, optional website, selected topic and message. Limited technical information, such as IP address and request time, is processed to protect the form from abuse.
Why it is used
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and the legitimate interest of keeping the website and contact channel secure. Your details are not used for marketing unless you separately ask to receive it.
Service providers and transfers
The website hosting and OVHcloud, the existing mailbox provider, process information only as needed to operate the contact channel. Their processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area; applicable safeguards are described in their data-processing terms.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Form security logs are kept only for the period needed to detect and prevent abuse.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing artur@fromartur.com. You may also complain to Portugal’s data-protection authority, CNPD.
